"Says delivered. Not here."
Tracking says it was delivered, but I didn’t get anything. Frustrating.

"Promo helped a bit, I guess"
I used a promo code on 1-800-balloons.com and it did knock the price down a little, which was nice. I don’t remember exactly what the discount was supposed to be, but after the extra fees and everything, the total still felt kind of high. It helped, just not as much as I thought it would. I might try it again if there’s a better deal next time.

"Problem got fixed quick"
My balloon order came in with one of the bunches missing, which was frustrating since it was for a birthday... not exactly what you want to deal with last minute.
I reached out to support and, they got back to me quicker than I expected! They sent the missing balloons later that day and even gave me a small refund. Not a perfect experience, but they handled it well

"Kind of Hit or Miss Delivery"
The driver was nice enough and polite when they arrived, but the delivery was late and there wasn’t really any explanation. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but it felt a bit hit or miss

"It was fine, but the fees were annoying"
The whole thing was okay overall, but the fees showing up so late was frustrating. Like, just tell me upfront what I’m going to be paying instead of sneaking it in near the end. Not the worst experience, but definitely annoying enough that I noticed

"Not a ton to choose from"
I was hoping they’d have more fun balloon options, but the selection felt basic to me. There were a lot of the same colors and bundles, and I didn’t see many cute themes for kids’ parties or birthdays.
I did end up finding something, but it took a while and felt like I was settling. For a site that’s all about balloons, I expected way more choices.

"Updates were okay, but a little vague"
I ordered some balloons for a birthday thing, and the order itself went through without any issue. I got the confirmation email, but after that it was kind of quiet for a while, so I wasn’t totally sure what was happening or if it was still all set.

When I contacted them, they did get back to me, and the delivery ended up happening fine. I just would’ve liked a bit more communication along the way, especially since it was for an event and I didn’t really know what to expect timing-wise.

"Replacement was fine, but it took a while"
They did end up replacing my balloons after there were issues with the first order, which I appreciate. It just took longer than I thought it would, and I was kind of wondering if that’s normal or if I was just being impatient.

"Not at all what I expected from the photos"
I ordered these thinking they’d look like the bright, full balloons shown on the website, but what showed up was disappointing. They arrived late, the colors looked nothing like the picture, and by the evening a bunch of them were already looking flat. I was expecting a nice setup for the day, but it really didn’t match what was advertised. I wouldn’t order from here again.

I ordered from 1-800-balloons.com during the holidays, and my experience was fine overall, but not as smooth as I’d hoped. A few of the balloon designs I really liked were already out of stock, which was a little disappointing.

The ordering process itself was simple enough, but I did have to change my selection a couple of times because the delivery dates were limited. I get that it was a busy holiday week, but it still made the process feel a bit more frustrating than expected.

The balloons I ended up getting looked nice and arrived on time, so I can’t really complain about the final product. I just wish there had been more availability, especially during such a popular time of year.

"Not the fun surprise I had in mind"
I ordered these balloons for a friend thinking it would be a cute, easy surprise, but it turned into more stress than I expected. They showed up late, and one of the balloons was already losing air when they arrived. My friend said they looked okay, but it was disappointing and not the cheerful moment I was hoping for

"Not worth the hassle"
I ordered a birthday balloon bundle with specific colors and a custom message, but what showed up was completely different. The worst part was that the name on the balloon was wrong too. I called support and all they really did was apologize, which didn’t fix anything. For the price, I expected them to get the basic details right, especially for a party. Disappointing experience overall.

"Balloons were fine, support took a while"
The balloons themselves were okay and looked pretty much how I expected. I ordered them for a small get-together at my sister’s place, and I was trying to get everything sorted between work and picking up snacks, so I had a question about the order. Customer service took a really long time to get back to me, and by the time they replied it was almost too late to be useful. They did answer eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but I kept checking my email like every hour and it got annoying. Not the worst experience, just kind of frustrating.

"Not really worth the price"
The balloons looked fine, I guess... but for what I paid, I expected a bit more. The delivery fee made the whole thing feel expensive, and the bunch seemed smaller than it looked in the pictures. I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Refund was such a hassle"
My order got messed up, which was annoying enough, but getting the refund took way too long. I had to email them more than once and it still took several days to get sorted. not the best service, frustrating experiance.

I had to wait a bit to get it done, which was annoying, but the cancellation went through without any drama. I’m always a little wary when companies make everything sound overly smooth and polished, but in this case it actually worked out fine
